Alumni Corner
This month the Alumni Corner features Leah M. Devan (née Johnson) (Class of 1994), who graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School and earned a BS in Business from Nova Southeastern University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Professionally, Leah began her career at American Capital Trust, where she was Director of Secondary Markets from 2003 - 2009. She then joined HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as a Sr. VP Corporate Relationship since 2009. During her tenure, Leah has been honored as a 3x President’s Cabinet Winner and a 2x Culture Hero. In addition, she has been a licensed realtor since 2000.
Leah married the love of her life, Michael J. Devan, in 2016. Together, they are proud parents to their two sons Nicholas (1st Grade) and Michael (PK-4), as well as Leah’s two stepchildren, Morgan and Colin.
Leah is still actively involved at Saint Gregory School, where she has served as the Gift Cards Week Chair 2021 - 2024. Additionally, she co-chaired the 65th Anniversary Grand Auction in 2023.
